New Year, New Look

While I was home for Christmas, my mom gave me some of her old lamps. They have beautiful antique designs, but they needed a little pick-me-up. In other words, they needed a new coat of paint! If you know anything about me, my instant fix for EVERYTHING is to paint it white. Here is what I did:

 

Here’s the beauty before:

 

I just bought some regular ol’ spray paint at Lowes: Valspar interior/exterior in White Gloss, and Clear Sealer Gloss.

 

I used 3 coats of paint, letting it fully dry between each.
